Summary

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Full Stack Engineer (Angular) position! This is a 10+ month contract with potential to extend and/or convert and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the migration of legacy applications to modern, cloud-based architecture leveraging Angular, APIs, and Azure infrastructure
Design and develop sophisticated front-end solutions using Angular, consuming REST APIs from internal teams and third-party services
Drive the adoption of Azure API Management (APIM) as part of the organization's cloud modernization strategy
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members, coordinating tasks and monitoring progress on complex projects
Collaborate with product teams, operations staff, and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business objectives in a highly regulated environment
Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, test plans, and system documentation while ensuring adherence to development standards and regulatory requirements
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve application effectiveness and organizational efficiency
Support production systems through troubleshooting, debugging, and participating in on-call rotation (approximately once every 12-13 weeks)

What You'll Need to Have:

6+ years of full stack development experience with expert-level proficiency in Angular (modern versions)
Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs, with solid understanding of API integration patterns and best practices
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure API Management (APIM) preferred
Proficiency in either Java or .NET (candidates with both are highly preferred)
Proven experience working in highly regulated environments such as banking, healthcare, or similar industries
Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects while mentoring and coordinating less experienced developers
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with experience presenting technical solutions to various stakeholders

Pay Range: $70-$75+/hr
