Your role in our mission - Recruit qualified providers to participate in the Small Provider Billing and Training program.
- Instruct providers on how to successfully bill the Medi-Cal program.
- Review and correct provider's claim before adjudication.
- Provide telephone support to enrolled providers.
- One year minimum experience.
What we're looking for - High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two or more years of customer service.
- Knowledgeable about healthcare billing and medical claim forms, preferably Medi-Cal.
- Experience in providing verbal instructions to customers.
- Experience working with and skilled in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power.

- Communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to be flexible.
- Office environment and must live within 35 miles of West Sacramento, CA.
The pay range for this position is $31,200.00 - $44,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
