NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Job Description:
Day to Day job Duties: - Design, develop, and deploy scalable full stack applications using Python, React.js, Node.js, SQL, and modern cloud-native technologies.
- Build and enhance AI-powered applications, including Agentic AI solutions, integrating LLMs and enterprise data platforms to drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain data-driven applications leveraging Databricks, Snowflake, and PostgreSQL for large-scale analytics and processing.
- Architect and implement distributed systems and microservices that support high availability, horizontal scalability, performance, and security requirements.
- Design and optimize AI application components, including benchmarking, hallucination prevention mechanisms, caching strategies, model optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes across enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment, testing, monitoring, and release management.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and engineering best practice initiatives to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and security compliance.
Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) - Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on full stack application development.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Python.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js for developing modern web applications.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Databricks (DBX) in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases, including PostgreSQL.
- Experience working with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms.
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of application scalability, horizontal scaling, performance optimization, resiliency, and security compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Experience delivering AI/GenAI/Agentic AI engineering solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience with AI application benchmarking, hallucination mitigation/prevention techniques, caching strategies, model optimization, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, system design expertise, and problem-solving abilities.
Travel: This position does not require travel. Preferred location is India.
Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experienceNice to Have; (But not a must) - Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar orchestration platforms.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in regulated financial services environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, or serving as technical lead on large enterprise programs.
- Familiarity with MLOps, AI observability, and model governance frameworks.
