Role: Senior Nintex Workflow Developer

8-10 Years (with 5+ years of hands-on Nintex Workflow & Nintex Forms experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Nintex Workflow Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise workflow automation solutions using Nintex Workflow Cloud (NWC), Nintex for SharePoint, and Nintex Forms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in workflow automation, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, REST/SOAP integrations, SQL Server, and business process management.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to deliver scalable workflow automation solutions, streamline business processes, and provide production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise workflow automation solutions using Nintex Workflow Cloud (NWC), Nintex Workflow, and Nintex Forms.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable workflow automation solutions.
- Develop workflow approval processes, sequential workflows, and state-machine workflows.
- Design and develop electronic forms using Nintex Forms.
- Configure workflow notifications, reminders, escalations, and approval routing mechanisms.
- Integrate Nintex solutions with:
- SharePoint Online
- SharePoint 2016/2019
- Microsoft 365
- SQL Server
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Active Directory
- External enterprise applications
- Implement workflow governance, security, audit trails, and compliance controls.
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, performance issues, and integration challenges.
- Perform workflow migration, platform upgrades, and production deployments.
- Provide L3 production support for workflow applications.
- Develop technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC.

- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
