Infrastructure SME (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)

Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert (SME) with expertise in Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot to join our team in Northborough, MA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in modern endpoint management, device engineering, and implementing innovative solutions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on Modern Endpoint Management, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Windows OS, Group Policy, and SCCM Co-management.
• Implement new initiatives within the Device and Data organization.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and product teams to deliver top-notch end-to-end product experiences.
• Provide insights into market trends and emerging technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues as the final escalation point.
• Develop vendor relationships and work closely with business and technology leaders.
• Document solutions, standard operating procedures, and endpoint configuration standards.
• Manage hardware testing and selection across various business areas.
• Present recommendations to management and communicate technical issues effectively.
• Collaborate with IT Communications and Business Enablement teams to market products.
• Assist in transitioning products to operations following infrastructure best practices.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in End User Technologies.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, SCCM, Office 365, VMWare, and encryption methods.
• Proficiency in Autopilot and zero-touch deployments.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell.
• Agile environment experience.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, WaaS, and SCCM Co-management.
• 3 years of macOS/iOS deployment management.
• Understanding of MDM solutions like Airwatch, MobileIron, JAMF.
• Bachelor''s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
