Project:
The project is a large‑scale migration from Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, with a primary focus on Procurement and supporting Inventory processes. The initiative includes redesigning procure‑to‑pay workflows, configuring Oracle Fusion Procurement and iProcurement, migrating data, validating integrations, and preparing approximately 1,500 end users for go‑live in January 2027, followed by stabilization and support.
