Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Need to Handle Solution Delivery for SAP ERP by connecting with customer and identify new opportunities

•          Align customer and business strategies to help achieve desired results for customers through technology innovation and enablement of value creation for organizations.

•          Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.

•          Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs and enable global delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions.

•          Ability to identify growth opportunities and anticipate market trends.

•          Driving revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic proposals. Expert in virtual presentations and digital communication platforms Familiarity with latest technology and changes in market Coordinating internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services

•          Should be problem solver, have creative approaches to client challenges and have ability to thrive in fast-changing environments.

•          Develop and execute portfolio strategies aligned with client goals. Identify growth opportunities and create plans for upselling and cross-selling.

•          Drive joint business planning and strategic value alignment. Collaborate with different service practices, horizontals within the organization to drive solutions contextual to the customer

 

Roles & Responsibilities

•          Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals.

•          Identify growth opportunities and create plans for upselling and cross-selling.

•          Sales management through rigor in review of Pipeline and performance against plan on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

•          Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
