Role Overview

Provide daily operations support and maintenance for network systems (LAN/WAN, wireless, VoIP).

Proactively monitor networks to ensure stable, dependable services across multiple platforms.

Configure and troubleshoot computer networks.

Maintain LAN/WAN/wireless/VoIP operations by coordinating with network facilities and hardware/software vendors for timely resolution.

Utilize network management applications to identify faults and ensure seamless data/telecom access and information flow.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; OR equivalent technical institute degree/certificate.

3-5 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments.
