Sr. IT Project Manager - Mobile Deployment

Introduction: This position is for a Senior IT Project Manager who will be responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment of 1,400 iPhones supporting Epic Rover across inpatient hospitals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale iPhone/mobile device deployment projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end deployment of 1,400 iPhones supporting Epic Rover across inpatient hospitals.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with technical, mobile, Zoom, and clinical teams for successful deployment.
• Oversee device installation, configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Drive stakeholder communication and ensure project delivery.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale iPhone/mobile device deployment projects.
• Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical and business/clinical teams.
