Business Analyst with Property & Casualty
Introduction:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with Claims and Property and Casualty Insurance domain experience for our team in Warren, NJ. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that will drive business decisions
- Develop and maintain business process documentation and workflows
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions
- Work closely with IT teams to implement system enhancements and updates
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end users
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst
- Strong Expereicne of Claims and Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Certification in Business Analysis
