Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead Engineer to lead multiple engineering teams in delivering secure, high-quality, cloud-native solutions aligned with business objectives. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, responsible for setting engineering standards, guiding architecture decisions, managing technical priorities, and ensuring adherence to InfoSec and compliance requirements. The Tech Lead will foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparency through clear metrics and reporting.

Key Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Angular and micro-frontend architectures, with solid hands-on C# backend development experience; as well as modern full stack frameworks (React/Vue.js).
• Extensive experience designing, building, and operating cloud-native applications on Azure (AWS or Google Cloud Platform experience considered).
• Practiced use of containers, orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Bicep, Terraform, Pulumi, or CDK.
• Deep understanding of automated testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, balance competing priorities, and enforce engineering and security standards in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Certifications:

Technical Cloud Certifications - Preferably Azure (Must be verifiable)

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and forward-thinking mindset
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

• Remote work - Willing to work onsite first week of the contract
