- Procurement Management
- Equipment and production tool procurement for the manufacturing line (a detailed list of assets, suppliers, quantities, and required timelines will be provided by Benny).
- Purchase order placement.
- Order tracking and expediting.
- Financial Tracking and Controls
- Invoice management and monitoring of cash flow commitments.
- Coordination with our Controls Lead to help ensure capital expenditures align with approved commitments and forecasts.
- Project Reporting
- Bi-weekly procurement status updates during the first two months.
- Transition to weekly status updates thereafter.
