Job Title: Integrations (AWS) Operate Lead
This is going to be Hybrid (3 days onsite) Client location is Ewing Township, NJ.
Candidates should be local.

Role Summary
(C or SC, from AID or EAAS PDM preferred)
Onsite, US-hours L1/L2 production support for the AWS-based integration layer connecting WME/Salesforce with external vendor systems - covering both real-time API and scheduled Batch/file-based integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor AWS CloudWatch/Step Function status across all API and Batch integrations; triage and resolve incidents within SLA, escalating systemic issues as needed
Troubleshoot API failures (validation, timeout, auth) via CloudWatch Logs Insights and Batch failures (missed windows, PGP/encryption, DQ rejects), coordinating reprocessing/backfill as needed
Serve as onsite, US-hours primary contact for real-time coordination with Pharmaceutical stakeholders and external vendor technical teams on cross-system integration issues
Fulfill integration service requests (new setups, config/mapping changes) and maintain runbooks and the integration catalog
