Role: Senior UX Generalist
Location: Spring Texas (100% On-Site)
Experience: 10+ Years
This is a Senior UX Generalist / Senior UX Designer role with a strong focus on UX Research + Service Design + Product Design. It's not a UI Developer or Front-End Developer position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research (interviews, workshops, focus groups)
- Analyze user behaviors and pain points.
- Create User Journeys and Process Flows
- Design Wireframes
- Build Interactive Prototypes
- Create High-Fidelity UI Designs
- Conduct Usability Testing
- Present UX recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other Designers.
- Work on multiple enterprise applications simultaneously.
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of UX Design experience
- UX Research.
- Wireframing.
- Prototyping.
- User Journey Mapping.
- Process Flows.
- Usability Testing.
- Figma (likely expected even though not listed)
