Job Title: Systems Analyst 2 – Oracle Fusion HCM (Recruiting Cloud)
Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Texas)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Analyst 2 with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM – Recruiting Cloud to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing production support activities. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle HCM solutions, along with strong integration and reporting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead configuration and support of Oracle Fusion HCM Recruiting module
Work on workflows, security configurations, and system enhancements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ODI, and MFT
Manage HCM integrations with systems like PeopleSoft and other ATS platforms
Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
Participate in UAT cycles, defect triage, and data validation activities
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and best practices

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (Recruiting Cloud)
Expertise in configuration vs. customization approaches
Hands-on experience with OIC, ODI, MFT
Experience in HCM integrations (PeopleSoft / ATS systems)
Proficiency in OTBI & BI Publisher reporting
Experience in UAT support, defect management, and data validation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Taleo
Oracle certifications (HCM Cloud preferred)
Knowledge of Python
