Job Description

We are seeking a Gen AI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agentic and generative AI, security automation, and CI/CD integration and a proven ability to design, build, and operationalize autonomous AI agents that improve security posture and developer efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain security automation tooling to enhance visibility, enforce best practices, and streamline processes.


• Automate secure design reviews and integrate security checks into pull requests and CI/CD pipelines.


• Design and develop agentic AI systems that autonomously plan, execute, and adapt tasks across complex workflows.


• Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, data sources, and security platforms.


• Collaborate across engineering and security teams to embed security into the SDLC and reduce review friction.


• Conduct research on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies to inform automation strategies.


• Support vulnerability management and attack surface management efforts.


• Evangelize security principles and controls and advocate for secure engineering practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and at least one of JavaScript or Bash; familiarity with a compiled language such as Go, Rust, or Java.


• Hands-on experience building automation tooling for security or developer efficiency.


• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating security into development workflows.


• Experience with GitHub automation and API integrations.


• Foundation in software engineering principles, including debugging, testing, and system design.


• Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and industry best practices for Generative AI security.


• Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestration.


• Experience with APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and AI/ML development.


• Experience performing POCs for security tooling, zero-day vulnerabilities, and emerging risks.


• Familiarity with database architectures including Oracle, SQL, and NoSQL.


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Data Science, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.


• Experience: 3-5 years in automation and CI/CD development, 3-5 years in software engineering, 2 years in cybersecurity, and 2+ years in Generative AI.

Preferred Skills:

• Information security or Generative AI certifications such as SANS GIAC, CISSP, or equivalent.


• Machine Learning Operations certifications and experience mentoring secure development practices.


• Master's degree in Cyber Security, Data Science, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.


• Knowledge of adversarial robustness, AI risk management frameworks, and trustworthy AI practices.
