Hours & Pay


  • Pay Rate: $18.50 - $24.50 per hour (Depending on Experience)

  • Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

  • Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do


  • Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies following detailed work instructions and blueprints

  • Perform leak testing and support basic testing and inspection activities

  • Operate hand tools and power tools to complete accurate, repeatable assemblies

  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, parts lists, and technical drawings

  • Conduct minor troubleshooting to resolve basic assembly issues

  • Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of the assembly process

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members on the production floor

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support production goals


What You Bring


  • High school diploma or equivalent experience

  • 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience (cleanroom experience preferred)

  • Basic mechanical skills and comfort performing repetitive assembly tasks

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and technical documentation

  • Experience using hand tools, portable power tools, and bench tools

  • Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset

  • Basic computer skills and comfort using standard software applications

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently (more with assistance)

  • Ability to stand, sit, reach, grasp, and move comfortably throughout the shift

  • Willingness to wear the required personal protective equipment
