Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in technical hardware and software support.
Proficiency in ServiceNow and call tracking ticketing systems.
Experience with desktop operating systems and server administration.
Experience in tablet and kiosk management systems.
Experience with network infrastructure and connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience in telecommunications cabling and hardware configuration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Administer user accounts, network resources, and desktop operating system configurations.
Install and configure network cards, computer memory, and internal hardware components.
Manage the lifecycle of tablet and kiosk systems including security resets and device unlocking.
Execute annual inventory audits and document results using centralized tracking software.
Perform data recovery and workstation restoration following system or hardware failures.
Design automated solutions and software applications to optimize institutional workflows.
