Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, manage the Jira backlog, and develop acceptance criteria.
- Perform functional and regression testing, validate production changes, and coordinate migration testing.
- Create and maintain test scripts, process documentation, and training materials.
- Partner with stakeholders across enterprise document solutions, planning, and related teams.
- Research production issues and collaborate with business and technical teams on resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience in requirements analysis and regression testing.
- Proficiency with Jira and backlog management.
- Ability to develop clear acceptance criteria, test scripts, and supporting documentation.
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
