Job Description:
We are looking for a visionary Mobile Development Lead to spearhead mobile engineering efforts. This role involves owning the technical roadmap for flagship applications and leading a cross-functional team of iOS and Android engineers to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define mobile architecture and technical strategy across Android and iOS platforms
• Drive consistency in design patterns (MVVM) and shared logic where applicable
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, including code reviews and career development
• Own the end-to-end SDLC, from design to deployment
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as Kotlin Multiplatform and AI-assisted development tools
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Monitor and improve application performance, stability, and scalability using tools like Firebase and Sentry
• Optimize app performance including startup time, memory usage, and battery efficiency

Technical Skills:

Android:

• Expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, Dagger/Hilt

iOS:

• Expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, Combine/Swift Concurrency, modular architecture

Architecture & DevOps:

• Experience with Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions for CI/CD and deployment

Data & APIs:

• Strong experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Protocol Buffers
• Knowledge of local storage solutions such as Room, SwiftData, or Realm

Tooling:

• Proficiency with Xcode, Android Studio, Git
• Experience with debugging tools like Charles Proxy or Flipper

Experience:

• 8+ years in mobile engineering
• At least 3 years in a leadership or Staff Engineer role
• Proven track record of delivering and maintaining large-scale applications (100k+ DAU) on App Store and Google Play
