QE Process Specialists

We are looking for a QE Process Specialists to join our growing team in United States!

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain QE and testing practices across multiple PODs within the Digital IT/Modern Sales space.
• Assess the current testing and quality environment and proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities to stabilize and mature overall process.
• Provide test oversight across initiatives, including but not limited to UAT, ensuring consistent execution, coverage, traceability, and compliance.
• Maintain strong Azure DevOps (ADO) hygiene, including tests, defects, links, evidence, queries, dashboards, and Snowplow integration.
• Ensure tests and defects are correctly assigned, worked, and closed across sprints, with particular attention to Sev 3 defects and trend management.
• Review defects as they are created, assign to BAs for triage, and ensure adherence to defect management standards; drive corrective actions where breakdowns occur.
• Perform test script and test asset quality reviews to assess reuse potential, coverage gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure requirements-to-test traceability is consistently maintained and reviewed for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support and deliver UAT efficiency training, reinforcing standard testing practices and expectations across business and IT testers.
• Act as a QE process subject matter expert, answering testing and process questions and providing coaching and guidance.
• Join technical and business calls as needed to represent QE, provide clarity on process, and drive alignment.
• Prepare and distribute test evidence reports at the end of testing cycles.
• Provide weekly testing and quality status decks for Project and Delivery Leadership Team meetings.
  In partnership with the Qualitest IT Support team, leverage Power BI scorecards and reporting to measure testing performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform analysis and change management activities to support adoption of improved testing processes and ways of working.

Required Skills:

• Handson experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test and defect management.
• Strong understanding of testing cycles, QE practices, and quality governance in an Agile delivery environment.
• Experience operating in complianceaware testing environments, including evidence and audit readiness.
• Strong ability to communicate testing and process concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
• Comfort operating as a process owner and change agent, not just a coordinator.
• Proven ability to influence without rigid enforcement.
