Job Title: Design Engineer, Structural

Skill Requirement:
Support structural designs, work with the module manufacturing facility to develop complete design on seismic, thermal and structural and coordinate structural design with architectural / electrical / thermal / mechanical.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering with years of mechanical/structural experience
- Knowledge in AutoCAD / Autodesk
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience in construction drawings and equipment specifications
- Knowledge of local and national building codes
- Work to compliance with federal, state building codes
- Design of mechanical parts, create designs and provide Schematic for structural design aspects of the solution
- Static / Dynamic calculations
- Coordinate with Mechanical Engineer on thermal transfer calculations
- Welding procedure and inspection specification
- Develop Dimensional test procedure, structural load test procedure and calculation, Quality control during execution
- Support all site module
- Work with fabrication teams and validate construction process, welding specifications and inspection of the module
