Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with proven expertise in Agentforce to design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires a visionary leader who can align technical architecture with business strategy, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value from Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Agentforce capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define best practices, governance standards, and integration strategies across Salesforce and related systems.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Conduct performance reviews, scalability assessments, and security audits of Salesforce implementations.
• Stay updated on Salesforce innovations, particularly Agentforce, and recommend adoption strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in an Architect role.
• Hands-on expertise in Agentforce (design, configuration, and optimization).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect).
• Experience in AI-driven Salesforce solutions and automation.
• Knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce accelerators.
