IT Delivery Coordinator

We have an immediate opening for an IT Delivery Coordinator with a global hospitality client supporting enterprise technology delivery initiatives across multiple platforms and teams. This role will focus on driving roadmaps, managing cross-functional delivery efforts, coordinating dependencies/risks, and partnering closely with architects, PMO, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise technology delivery initiatives across multiple teams/workstreams
• Build and manage delivery roadmaps, schedules, and governance processes
• Coordinate Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery efforts
• Identify/manage dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
• Communicate delivery updates to PMO, leadership, and executive stakeholders
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, engineering, vendors, and business teams

Required Experience:

• 10+ years in technology/product environments
• 4+ years in Agile delivery management or project/program delivery leadership
• Experience leading enterprise-scale cross-functional initiatives
• Strong background with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Experience with vendor coordination and stakeholder management
• Strong executive communication and delivery governance experience

Nice to Have:

• Hospitality, travel, retail, or enterprise platform experience
• SAFe or enterprise Agile environment exposure
• Enterprise Architecture partnership experience
