Data Warehouse/ Data Engineer Lead

We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse / Data Engineering Project Manager to lead data warehouse implementation, migration, modernization, and data engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise and a solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data warehouse and data engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery.
• Coordinate with data engineers, data architects, ETL developers, BI teams, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee data migration, ETL/ELT development, data integration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Track milestones and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project status meetings, and executive reporting.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance requirements are met.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven experience managing data warehouse or data engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data integration, and data modeling.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools such as Jira or MS Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
