OverviewThe Systems Administrator will support the User Productivity Solutions Team, focusing on endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, and virtual desktop environments. This role involves break/fix support, service request fulfillment, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of end-user computing systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting & Support- Diagnose and resolve issues across the end-user computing environment
- Provide break/fix support for hardware and software
Service Request Fulfillment- Install applications, deploy software, manage workstation OS
- Support and maintain user productivity applications
Second-Level Support- Support desktops (physical & virtual), laptops, tablets, printers, and peripherals
Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Management- Administer Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Manage endpoints via Intune and other MDM platforms
Virtual Desktop Support- Support VDI solutions (Citrix or Azure Virtual Desktop preferred)
Asset Management- Assist with lifecycle management, inventory, and compliance
Required QualificationsExperience- 3+ years of endpoint management
- Intune administration required
- 2+ years Microsoft 365 administration
- 2+ years VDI experience (Citrix or AVD preferred)
Preferred Skills- JAMF MDM experience
- macOS administration experience
Technical Competencies- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of ITIL service management principles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
