Summary
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and lead scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures, guide development teams, and ensure best practices across security, integrations, and data governance.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
- Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, high-performance technical designs
- Design enterprise-level architecture considering performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Create architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical blueprints
Development & Technical Leadership
- Provide hands-on architectural guidance in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration
- Review technical designs, code, and implementation to ensure alignment with architectural standards
- Mentor and guide developers, technical leads, and admins on best practices
- Drive reusability and standardization across Salesforce implementations
Integration & Data Management
- Lead integration design and strategy with enterprise systems such as ERP, external CRMs, third-party applications, and middleware platforms
- Define and oversee data migration, data modeling, and data transformation strategies
- Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and middleware tools
