Job Title: Business Analyst I
Location: US - Remote (Anywhere)
Duration: 11+ Months
Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $40/hr-$44/hr.
Duties:
In this job you will be an extension of Cortex Team to provide back-office support. You will be responsible for managing sales support activities with accuracy and speed.
Each request for assistance from an Account Manager is prioritized for completion based on revenue acquisition, customer relationship building, and other forms of determining timing requirements.
These items may include:
Support with IT tickets and follow-ups
Quoting assistance
1:1 enablement sessions
Skills:
2-3 years of related experience sales support, or sales operations environment preferred
Excellent written and verbal skills & ability to communicate with different groups within company
Proficiency with Google products, Salesforce & experience in CRM system strongly preferred (CPQ and Steelbrick)
Organized with demonstrated initiative - must be able to independently handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to ensure timelines
are met
Willingness to work extended hours depending on month-end or quarter-end workload
Education:
Education BA in business or related subjects
