we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. Roles/Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will manage vendor execution against contract scope, schedule, deliverables, and quality expectations. The
Project Manager will maintain a structured cadence for status reporting, action tracking, and escalation.
The Project Manager must identify performance risks and drive corrective actions with the vendor.

Mandatory Skills:

Minimum 5 years of project management experience with direct vendor oversight.
Must have experience with complex IT/software implementation projects.
Project kick off will occur the first week of July 2026, contractor must be available to start by the last week of June in the event there are pre-kick off meetings.
Prior Experience: experience on projects valued at $10,000 or greater, where the candidate had day-to-day responsibility for managing vendor performance against scope, schedule, quality, and deliverables
Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience leading vendor oversight activities.
Hands-on Execution: Demonstrated the ability to independently maintain and drive an integrated project schedule, complete weekly status reporting and executive summaries, and track actions/decisions.
Communication and Facilitation: Demonstrated the ability to facilitate meetings with mixed business and technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Desirable Skills:

PMP preferred.
Agile certification preferred.
Previous Dynamics experience preferred.
