  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers in a fully integrated design environment
  • Supervise, mentor and guide junior engineers, elevating team performance
  • Conduct quality control reviews to ensure technical excellence
  • Support construction administration, including field observations
  • Contribute to client development, proposals, and presentations as the Dallas team continues to grow

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (accredited program)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing
  • 10+ years of MEP design experience, including large or multiple mid-sized projects; 12+ years of experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of FBC/IBC, ASHRAE, and NFPA codes
  • Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff
  • Experience reviewing technical work for quality and accuracy
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Experience in building and site design
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Nice to Have
  • Experience with business development and client engagement in the Dallas market
  • Ability to obtain multi-state licensure (NCEES certification a plus)

Why RS&H?
  • Employee-owned company
  • Work on projects that are shaping Dallas and beyond
  • Join a people-first culture that values your ideas, leadership, and growth
  • Clear path to technical leadership and career advancement
  • Be part of a firm known for innovation, collaboration, and long-term client partnerships

Benefits That Support You
  • Competitive compensation
  • Generous paid time off and holidays
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company contribution
  • Additional benefits to support your career and lifestyle
  • Ability to buy stock in the company
