You AreWe are in search of a forward-thinking Functional Leader to spearhead the strategy and execution of our Data, AI, and agentic transformation on Google Cloud, in close collaboration with our key Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and Oracle.
The WorkThis senior role is critical for creating a cohesive ecosystem where Google Cloud Platform's advanced capabilities and our partners' platforms are leveraged to reinvent business processes, drive innovation, and unlock new value.
The ideal candidate will be a leader with extensive experience in cloud technologies, a deep understanding of the ISV landscape, and a passion for the transformative potential of AI.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership & Ecosystem Development: Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for integrating Google Cloud Platform's Data, AI, and agentic technologies with ISV solutions from partners like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and Oracle to drive business transformation. Cultivate and manage strong, collaborative relationships with our strategic ISV partners to ensure alignment and co-innovation.
- Data, AI, & Agentic Transformation: Lead the design and implementation of a modern, unified data architecture that spans Google Cloud Platform and ISV platforms, enabling a single source of truth. Drive the adoption of AI, machine learning, and agentic solutions to automate and optimize cross-platform workflows, from customer relationship management and IT service management to human resources and financial planning.
- Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement: Develop and lead joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives with ISV partners, including co-marketing campaigns and sales enablement programs, to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Create and deliver compelling enablement materials, including demos and workshops, to educate internal teams and partners on the value of our integrated solutions.
- Change Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Champion the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of our integrated technology strategy.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business (or a related field) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership role focusing on cloud technologies, strategic alliances, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience and proven experience working with major cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure) and a strong understanding of the enterprise ISV ecosystem, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and Oracle.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience and demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and driving digital transformation.
Bonus Points if you have- Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
- Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and its data, AI, and machine learning services.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful partner-driven GTM strategies that have resulted in measurable revenue growth.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, and agentic technologies, and their application in an enterprise context.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels of the organization.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
