Full Stack Java Developer (Remote)

The role involves building web applications using Java/J2EE technologies, with a focus on secure data exchange infrastructure solutions. 

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java/J2EE applications.
• Build SOA web services using Spring Security, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols.
• Develop front-end applications using Vue JS or Angular.
• Execute test plans and coordinate software deployment across multiple environments.
• Contribute to system delivery and technical design specifications.
• Participate in all phases of projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with the team, demonstrating leadership in development activities.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience with object-oriented development using Java/J2EE.
• 6 years of experience with Hibernate and Spring Boot.
• 6 years of experience in web service design and development.
• 5 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular/React/VueJS.
• 5 years of experience with CI/CD processes.
• Experience with IDEs like Eclipse, Visual Studio, and Spring Suite.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience implementing Java/J2EE solutions using JBoss and Tomcat.
• Proficient in SQL and database programming with Oracle/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with SOA principles and governance.
• Familiarity with security frameworks for web and Java services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JBOSS and other JEE Application Servers.
• Experience with Oracle and PL/SQL Stored Procedures.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledge of service-oriented development and best practices.
• Understanding of distributed systems.
• Familiarity with automated build processes and source code control systems.
• Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
