Client: OPTIV
looking for a SOC resource to assist the Director of Security
Oversight of 3rd party managed services
Are they meeting expectations?
Are they doing what we need them to do?
Validate Security Tooling is correctly reporting into Splunk
Address tooling issues where necessary
Work with defined IR Plan, report to leadership when necessary
Additional Tasks as directed
Hands on technology experience:
Splunk
SentinelOne
Cloudflare (WAF/IDS/IPS)
Cisco AnyConnect
Additional Requirements:
Have strong experience in SOC, incident response, or endpoint security
Hold practical certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, ISC2 CC)
Show strong technical execution and curiosity, rather than strategic oversight
Ability to work in onsite in California, United States
Splunk & SentinelOne EDR as primary tooling focus
