Required Qualifications

Experience supporting Health and Human Services system implementations, including childcare, eligibility, benefits, case management, provider management, health services, or related public-sector programs.
Experience supporting state, local, or federal technology modernization initiatives.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design/e-learning software.
Experience with instructor-led training, virtual learning, self-paced learning, and train-the-trainer approaches.
Experience supporting implementation readiness, go-live, stabilization, and knowledge transfer.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and similar training or collaboration technologies.
