Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Order to Cash workstream for a global SAP transformation program. This individual will drive planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment across Design, Build, Test, and Deployment phases while partnering with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrator resources.

The ideal candidate has significant SAP program delivery experience, strong manufacturing operations knowledge, and a proven track record leading large cross-functional ERP initiatives in regulated environments. Prior SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of Order to Cash and Service workstreams within a global SAP transformation program.
  • Manage program scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision tracking.
  • Coordinate business, IT, and system integrator teams to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive governance including RAID management, action tracking, decision logs, and executive reporting.
  • Oversee readiness activities related to testing, organizational change management, cutover, and deployment planning.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT leaders to support global process standardization and adoption.
  • Manage cross-workstream dependencies and facilitate issue resolution and escalation.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of SAP project or program management experience.
  • Experience leading SAP implementations in Order to Cash, or related functional areas.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional ERP transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality processes, and operational business functions.
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders, process owners, technical teams, and external consulting partners.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as Medical Device, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, or similar environments is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Familiarity with SAP Sales and Distribution modules or related operational processes.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing master data, testing, data migration, and integration activities.
  • Experience supporting global template deployments across multiple regions and business units.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate is a hands-on SAP program leader who can drive execution, hold teams accountable, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and bring structure and discipline to a large global transformation. Deep Manufacturing and Quality domain expertise is beneficial; however, proven SAP delivery leadership and ERP transformation experience are the highest priorities, with S/4HANA experience considered a strong plus rather than a requirement.
