Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical ERP Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. This role is instrumental in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex data related to healthcare services. You will act as a bridge between technical data structures and business objectives, ensuring that our ERP systems (covering Finance, Supply Chain, Workforce Management, and more) effectively support our healthcare delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Profiling & Analysis: * Collect, analyze, and interpret complex healthcare data sets.
- Prepare comprehensive mapping sheets to align source data with the Data Warehouse target model.
- Identify data patterns and anomalies to ensure high-quality data migration and integration.
- Data Management & Integrity: * Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across various management systems.
- Develop and implement data validation protocols to maintain a "single source of truth."
- Stakeholder Collaboration: * Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define data needs and project objectives.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Regulatory Compliance: * Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
- Ensure all data handling and system configurations adhere to strict privacy and security protocols.
- Technical Proficiency & Reporting: * Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to manage, manipulate, and query data efficiently.
- Design and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Requirement | Description |
ERP Domain Knowledge | Finance, Supply Chain, Performance Management, WFM, and Scheduling. |
Healthcare Experience | Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare claims data. |
Technical Skills | Advanced SQL skills and experience with data management tools. |
Compliance | Strong familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare data standards. |
Education
- Bachelors or Masters in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
