Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Associate Director

Location: Downtown Dallas, TX (Hybrid Onsite Interview Required)
Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire

Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced IGA Leader to build and lead the Identity Governance & Administration program. This role will define strategy, oversee IAM/PAM solutions, manage IT MSP relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory and SOX controls. The candidate will drive identity lifecycle management, access governance, audit readiness, and security best practices across enterprise systems such as Workday and Oracle ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own IGA roadmap and strategy
• Oversee IAM, PAM, and identity lifecycle management processes
• Manage IT MSP delivery, architecture approvals, and demand management
• Partner with HR for Workday identity integrations
• Lead access certification, entitlement reviews, and audit remediation
• Maintain risk register and drive KPI performance
• Manage IGA budget, contracts, and service chargeback model

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of enterprise Identity Management experience
• Hands-on IAM & PAM implementation/support
• Experience with SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, Java, JSON
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, RBAC, REST APIs
• Experience with regulatory/SOX controls and audit documentation
• ITIL experience (incident, change, problem management)
• Strong understanding of NIST CSF and cybersecurity frameworks

Preferred:

• Certifications such as Security+, Network+, CEH, CISM, or CISSP
• Experience with ServiceNow, SmartSheets
• Strong documentation skills (runbooks, architecture diagrams, RCA)
