Data Analyst With Tableau

• Drive actionable business insights by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets
• Leverage existing data sources and develop new analytical methodologies to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and business outcomes
• Utilize advanced analytics, visualization, and emerging AI/LLM capabilities to deliver impactful solutions

• Support initiatives focused on simplifying and enhancing the overall customer experience
• Partner with stakeholders and client teams to define clear business and data requirements
• Define KPIs, metrics, data models, and ETL requirements for analytics projects
• Extract, clean, transform, and engineer structured and unstructured data for analysis
• Perform exploratory data analysis, develop hypotheses, and apply statistical/analytical techniques
• Build insightful, user-friendly dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and integrate new data sources as required
• Communicate insights, trends, and recommendations through compelling data storytelling and visualizations
• Develop high-quality, reusable analytical frameworks and dashboards that align with industry best practices
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to operationalize analytics solutions

• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-based models for data analysis, summarization, and insights generation
• Develop prompt engineering strategies to extract meaningful outputs from LLMs
• Integrate LLMs into analytics workflows to automate reporting, anomaly detection, and customer insights
• Utilize LLMs for processing unstructured data (text, documents, customer feedback, etc.)
• Evaluate LLM performance, fine-tune models (where applicable), and ensure responsible AI usage
• Collaborate with data science and AI teams to build intelligent, AI-driven analytics solutions

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting design principles
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities

AI/LLM Skills (Mandatory)

• Hands-on exposure to LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, open-source LLMs, or similar)
• Experience in prompt engineering and LLM-based use case development
• Familiarity with NLP concepts and working with unstructured data
• Understanding of integrating LLM APIs into analytics or data workflows
