Job Title: Software Developer / Generative AI Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in Generative AI and enterprise application development. This role involves building scalable web applications and microservices while designing, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) solutions using modern cloud and AI frameworks.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in .NET, Python, AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and enterprise-grade architecture.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Application & API Development

• Design and develop enterprise web applications and microservices using C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks.

• Build scalable APIs and integrate backend systems with external services.

• Implement secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SSO).

🔹 Generative AI & LLM Engineering

• Fine-tune, deploy, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar using AWS Bedrock.

• Develop AI pipelines using Python frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex.

• Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems with vector databases.

• Optimize prompt engineering and model performance.

🔹 Database & Data Management

• Develop and optimize Oracle SQL/PL-SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Perform ER modeling and database design.

• Ensure data integrity, quality, and performance tuning across cloud data platforms.

🔹 Cloud, DevOps & MLOps

• Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Work with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform cloud environments.

• Implement LLMOps/MLOps best practices.

• Use tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.

• Monitor logging, observability, and security compliance.

🔹 Collaboration & Support

• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and documentation.

• Support production deployments and troubleshoot issues.

• Ensure performance optimization and secure coding practices.

Required Experience & Skills

✅ Programming

• 10+ years: .NET Core, C#, Python

• Strong debugging and performance optimization experience.

✅ AI/ML & NLP

• 5+ years: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex

• Experience with NLP models and RAG vector databases.

• Model deployment experience (Bedrock, SageMaker AI).

✅ Database

• 7+ years: Oracle SQL/PL-SQL

• ER design and query optimization.

✅ Microservices & Web

• 7+ years: REST APIs, MVC, JSON, OAuth, SSO

• Microservices architecture expertise.

✅ Cloud & DevOps

• 7+ years: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform

• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with AWS Bedrock or SageMaker AI preferred.

✅ Enterprise Experience

• 10+ years delivering mid-to-large scale enterprise applications.

• Strong secure coding and integration experience.
