Summary

Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Introduction:

We are looking for a Senior Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with at least 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS implementations, development, customizations, enhancements, and production support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with functional knowledge in Supply Chain Management processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, enhance, and support Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 SCM applications using strong SQL/PLSQL skills.
Analyze business requirements, understand SCM processes, and design effective technical solutions.
Develop and support PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, APIs, Open Interfaces, Interface Tables, Concurrent Programs, integrations, and data conversions.
Work with Oracle Forms, Forms Personalization, Reports, XML/BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflow for customizations and reporting.
Troubleshoot production issues, interface failures, transaction/data issues, and performance problems; perform root-cause analysis and SQL/PLSQL tuning.
Provide technical support across Inventory (INV), BOM, WIP, WMS, Order Management (OM), and Shipping, with strong functional knowledge of at least 3–4 modules.
Support implementation, development, enhancement, integration, and production support projects.
Prepare technical specifications and test documentation and collaborate effectively with business users, functional consultants, QA, DBA, and technical teams.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Inventory, and Order Management processes.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS implementations
Experience with Oracle SCM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms, Oracle BI Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, Bill Of Materials, Order Management, Inventory, Reporting, Technical Support, Work In Process, and Interfaces
Strong SQL/PLSQL skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Oracle EBS R12/R12.2
Functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes
Experience in troubleshooting production issues and performance problems
