Role: Product Owner (Batch Files & API Development)

Locations: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Must have Banking/ Financial institutions experience

Job Description:

Leads squad in the delivery of batch files, and API development in support of our Partner objectives by:

Agile/Scaled Agile experience/proficiency

Defining the strategic vision for the squad and manage a healthy backlog through:
Define features and decompose into user stories
Identify and manage risk and dependencies
Support/lead refinement/spikes
Remove obstacles/impediments
Leading both PI Preplanning/planning
Assess customer feedback
Define and analyze success metrics

Lead Pi Preplanning and Planning efforts

Groom the backlog ensuring product roadmap defined at a minimum on a rolling 12-month basis
Work with Client partner teams to intake/decompose work
Ensure work meets definition of ready
Lead strategic direction for the team

Lead Product demos

Manage delivery process
Collaborate with Scrum lead, Tech lead, Engineering team, Tribe Squads , 3IAB
Develop and demonstrate expertise across
Partner business
Product domain
Technical acumen
