A bit about us:

We're a private equity-backed, high-growth services company operating across a national footprint of field-based technical operations. Our business is scaling quickly through both organic growth and acquisition, and we're investing heavily in the leadership, talent systems, and organizational capability needed to support that trajectory. We're a hands-on, pragmatic, results-oriented environment where HR is treated as a true business partner - not a back-office function.

Why join us?

Highly visible seat reporting into the CHRO with direct exposure to the executive team
Real M&A activity and the chance to shape integration outcomes
Build something - not maintain something
Competitive base, performance bonus, and full benefits
Backed by a sophisticated PE sponsor with a clear value creation roadma

Oversee the Director of HRBPs to ensure consistent, high-impact support across field and corporate
