Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Technical Lead with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, React, and .NET technologies to join our team supporting Northern Trust. This role requires an experienced technologist who can lead development efforts, guide teams, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This position is 100% onsite in Chicago, IL, and requires in-person client interviews.

Responsibilities
Design and implement robust software solutions using Oracle PL/SQL, React, and .NET technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance the user experience.
Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Develop and maintain high-quality, maintainable code following industry and company standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
Lead integration of new technologies and frameworks to improve system architecture.
Oversee application deployment and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure adherence to security and data protection standards.
Drive innovation by researching and applying new tools, patterns, and methodologies.
Contribute to strategic business goals by delivering impactful, high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications
Strong technical background in:
Oracle PL/SQL
 Web API
.NET Core / .NET Programming (C#)
Entity Framework Core
React
Excellent communication skills (English – reading, writing, speaking).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Proven experience delivering complex software solutions on time and within budget.
