POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Analyst supports day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of enterprise Risk Management Information System, ensuring reliable platform performance and configuration support across 200+ operating companies. This role combines hands-on system configuration with operating company enablement, serving as a key point of contact for platform support and training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform daily system maintenance and support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Build and maintain dashboards and standard/ad hoc reports for stakeholders
Configure and maintain forms, workflows, and data capture fields
Configure and support the mobile application experience for field users
Manage user configuration, roles, permissions, and access provisioning
Develop training materials and lead enablement sessions to onboard and support operating companies on the system
Serve as a point of contact for OpCo-level support requests and escalations
Document system configurations, processes, and change history
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations
Support testing and validation of system updates, patches, and releases
Identify opportunities for process improvement and platform optimizatio
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of education/experience
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and apply technical/business logic
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Excel; comfort working with data and reporting tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical end users
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with RMIS/GRC platform
Experience with EHS, Risk Management, Claims, or Safety systems
Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting/BI tools
Experience supporting enterprise systems and delivering training across multiple business units
