Job Title: Back-End Developer (Java, Spring, Kafka)

Requirements:

Strong experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Kafka
Experience with event-driven architecture, design patterns, event sourcing
Hands-on with Cassandra, SQL, NoSQL databases
Experience building scalable, distributed systems in cloud environments
Knowledge of low-latency, high-performance services
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Ability to troubleshoot production and business issues
Experience leading small engineering teams is a plus
