Summary

Role: MES Optivision Developer

Work location: Remote

Type: Contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for an MES Optivision Developer to design, develop, and support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions using Optivision. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to build efficient manufacturing applications and improve production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize MES applications using Optivision
  • Design workflows, screens, and integrations for manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements
  • Integrate MES with ERP and other enterprise systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
  • Perform testing, deployment, and support activities
  • Maintain documentation for developed solutions

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Optivision MES development
  • Strong understanding of MES concepts and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with SQL and database management
  • Knowledge of system integrations (API, REST/SOAP)
  • Basic programming/scripting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial domain
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
