📍 Location: Glendale, WI — Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Pay Rate:$45-$50 per Hour W2 Only

We are looking for a skilled UI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in React, TypeScript, reusable component libraries, and design systems. The ideal candidate will build scalable UI components and modern application experiences while ensuring performance, accessibility, and quality.

Key Skills:
• React & TypeScript
• React Hooks, component composition & state management
• Design Systems / Reusable Component Libraries
• HTML5, CSS3 & Responsive UI
• REST API integration
• Jest/Vitest & React Testing Library
• Front-end debugging & performance optimization
• CI/CD & Git workflows
• Windows & Linux environments

Nice to Have:
• WCAG 2.1 AA, ARIA & accessibility
• WebSocket/SSE & real-time data UIs
• Node.js/BFF or .NET/C#
• Angular
• IoT, Building Automation, BAS or SCADA experience
