Role Title: IT Systems Administrator- Master Data Management (MDM)
Duration: 6 months to start, likely longer or potential future conversion
Preferred Location: local to Wilmington, DE. 4 days in the office
Role Description:
The role requires strong system administration skills with MDM and Power Center experience to maintain scheduled maintenance, patching, incident response, and disaster recovery (DR) plan execution. Daily tasks include scheduled patching, vulnerability management, application deployments, post-release validations, and incident response across multiple tech layers.
The role requires managing around 30 servers, including Oracle Exadata backends, Linux environments, and integration tools.
DR exercises happen annually and must include the entire application landscape, including legacy .NET and SQL Server components, to meet SLAs.
The admin must collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues across MDM, Power Center, and Java API layers.
The transition to the cloud SaaS MDM platform using IDMC is targeted for October to November, so candidates with IDMC or cloud experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
- Systems Admin with strong MDM experience
- Experience supporting enterprise automation using ansible automation platform
- Experience administration or operationally supporting master data mgmt (MDM) platforms
