Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant specializing in AP, Cost
Accounting, GL, and Finance touchpoints for a long-term engagement. This role is designed for a
leader who can drive onsite financial stabilization and ensure that supply chain execution results in
predictable, auditable outcomes.
Role Overview:
* Location: Remote with mandatory onsite travel (1–2 weeks per month).
* Duration: Long Term.
* Purpose: Lead onsite financial stabilization and validation, ensuring supply chain execution
results in predictable, auditable financial outcomes across inventory, costing, and period close.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end Finance implementation and rollout activities,
including CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hyper-care at the onsite location.
* Audit Readiness: Ensure all finance outcomes are explainable, repeatable, and audit-ready.
* Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with onsite SCM consultants to align operational
execution with financial results.
* Team Coordination: Coordinate offshore finance support for testing, analysis, and stabilization
activities. Required Experience & Skills
* Core Modules: Extensive Oracle Fusion experience across AP, Cost Accounting, and GL.
* Touchpoints: Working knowledge of FA (Fixed Assets) and CM (Cash Management) as
downstream finance touchpoints.
* Operational Expertise: Proven experience stabilizing finance in operationally complex
environments.
* Communication: Ability to explain complex system behavior to finance leadership and auditors.
