Job Description:
Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):
7+ years of experience using and configuring the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS)
5+ years of experience designing and documenting software solutions.
5+ years of experience managing and defining software requirements.
5+ years of experience managing complex software implementations.
Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance):
Expert understanding of testing concepts such as Component Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing and Acceptance Testing
Previous experience managing software testing and software development teams.
Ability to read and understand data models and to use SQL to query data.
Experience managing a project during the Maintenance and Operations phase.
Experience in E-Filing Systems.
Required Education:
BA or BS Degree or equivalent work Experience.
Soft Skills:
Strong Analytical Skills.
Strong Ability to communicate (orally and written) effectively with technical, non-technical staff, customers/stakeholders (State and Federal) and executives.
Additional Skills:
Ability to use MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, Visual Studios, Microsoft Test Manager, and Microsoft Project effectively.
